I had the privilege of attending the Afro Thrive Caribbean Conference on August 30, 2025, in Ottawa, Ontario. This event was highly educational and inspiring, bringing together a diverse range of distinguished speakers from various sectors, including community leaders representing different African countries.
The conference also showcased vibrant cultural performances, featuring traditional African dances presented by communities residing in Ottawa. In addition, multiple networking groups were present, creating valuable opportunities for meaningful connections and collaborations.
The combination of insightful discussions, cultural celebration, and networking opportunities made this event truly unique and enriching.
